Dulce Hefty has extensive experience in client administration and compliance within the Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), serving as a Case Manager and Compliance Specialist since May 2004. Dulce Hefty is responsible for ownership of client-specific activities and oversight of daily operations for assigned clients. Prior to TASC, Dulce Hefty worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative and Customer Advocate at Auto Glass Specialists from March 2001 to May 2004, and held roles including Call Center Representative at IMEX and Bilingual Secretary. Dulce Hefty holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Universidad de Dermatologia Tecnica, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
