Kathleen leads TASC’s Customer Care, Account Management, and Premium Services teams. She brings
more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has a strong background in customer service, customer experience, strategy development, tactical planning, and leadership development.
Kathleen also has a strong interest in Diversity, Equity,
and Inclusion as well as sustainability and environmentally-focused business approaches.
Prior to TASC: With twenty-two years of experience at Fortune100 company, John Deere, Kathleen exhibits deep understanding of financial acumen, credit adjudication, and market analytics as she rose from a credit analyst to Vice President, FPC Financial f.s.b. a Federal Savings Bank organization within its wholly-owned subsidiary, John Deere Financial.
A belief in life-long learning, Kathleen earned her Master’s Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa and is an Inclusion Institute Certified Diversity Practitioner.
