Shawn Doberstein

Shawn Doberstein is a highly experienced technical support specialist currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) since March 2020. Prior to this role, Shawn worked for American Family Insurance from January 2006 to March 2020 as a Communications & Collaboration Senior Technologist, focusing on maintenance and performance reliability of company resources while utilizing reporting tools for data analysis.
