Andrey Frolov

Andrey Frolov, CFA has a comprehensive work experience in the field of finance and corporate finance. Andrey currently serves as the Vice President M&A at TASC Towers since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at MegaFon, starting as an M&A and IR Analyst in 2014, then progressing to the position of Senior M&A Manager from 2017 to 2021. Andrey then served as the Deputy Director M&A from 2021 to 2022, playing a crucial role in deal structuring, valuation, and preparing legal documents. Andrey also gained experience as a Consultant in Corporate Finance at KPMG Russia from 2012 to 2014 and as an Audit-Consultant at PwC in 2011.

Andrey Frolov, CFA holds a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from Volgograd State University, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011. In 2019, Andrey Frolov obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute.
