Nawaf Dhubaib has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nawaf is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tasheel Finance. Prior to this, they founded Cognitive Knowledge and worked as the Human Capital Director at Soudah Development Company. Nawaf also served as an NRC member at Dammam Airports Company and Nesma & Partners. In addition, they held positions such as GM of HR at the Education & Training Evaluation Commission, General Manager HR at the Ministry of Finance - Saudi Arabia, HR Director at Rawabi Holding Group, and Country HR Manager and Healthcare HRBP MET at Philips. Nawaf started their career as an Area HR Manager at Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions. Throughout their career, Nawaf demonstrated expertise in HR management, HR transformation, performance management, recruitment, retention efforts, and international HR assignments.

Nawaf Dhubaib, MHRMgt started their education at Dhahran Ahlia Schools, where they completed their high school education in the field of science from 1982 to 1993. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, graduating in the years 2000 to 2003. In 2007 and 2008, Nawaf attended the University of Melbourne, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Finally, in 2023, they participated in the 2030 LEADERS program at the MISK Foundation, focusing on Vision 2030.
