Garland Bridgewater

International Segment General Manager at Task Force Tips

Growing up in Rural Indiana, Garland quickly learned to appreciate hard work and the payoffs associated with the effort. He applied and was accepted into Purdue University to study Civil Engineering and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Technology, ISU, becoming the first Bridgewater to graduate. This was not an easy feat out of a very large family consisting of 19 first cousins and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

Garland’s appreciation for helping others, ethics, and a desire to help the customer began when he established a business in Valparaiso, Indiana after a few years working for other major manufacturers. The business grew and became the largest distributor for perma HTL in the world and was then acquired by the manufacturer located in Germany.

Garland has spent his career committed to helping organizations in business development and establishing teams committed to providing the best for our customers. TFT was a natural fit as they share his mission to help others through saving lives and protecting property in every product produced.
