Marco Cesare Purita has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Marco Cesare started their career in 2014 as a Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor at Sport Management, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Kilpatrick as an Executive Search Consultant and later transitioned into the role of Junior Consultant. During their time at Kilpatrick, they contributed to the company's efficient and agile executive search methodology. In 2021, Marco took on the role of Junior HR Business Partner at Ingram Micro, a company that focuses on technology solutions and supply chain services. Currently, they hold the position of Client Manager at Kilpatrick Group and its subsidiary Taskforce, where they combine their expertise in HR and human capital development with digital tools to deliver tailor-made solutions to clients.
