Anton Kurkin

Anton Kurkin has over a decade of experience in software engineering, with a focus on various roles within IBM and Altium. Anton began their career as an intern at IBM, where they worked on z/OS System Diagnosis and Analysis Tools. Anton then joined IBM as a Software Engineer on the z/OS Platform Evaluation Test team and later transitioned to the Channel Driver team. In 2015, they took on the role of Software Engineer for KVM for z Systems at IBM.

In 2016, Anton joined Altium as a Software Developer, where they worked on Altium Designer with the PCB routing team. Anton'sresponsibilities included developing PCB trace editing functionality using C++ and maintaining the auto-testing and unit-testing infrastructure.

Most recently, Anton joined TASKING in 2020 as a Software Engineer and later became a Project Lead. Further details about their work at TASKING are not provided.

Anton Kurkin attended Bauman Moscow State Technical University from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a Specialist (Engineer) degree in Automated Systems of Data Processing and Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field of study from the same university.
