Jacob Mills

Jacob Mills has extensive work experience in the field of sales and product development software engineering. Jacob started their career as a Product Development Software Engineering Intern at HARMAN International in 2012, where they integrated and tested automotive audio systems and performed system integration and testing of high-end automotive infotainment systems. Jacob continued working at HARMAN International for two more summers as a Product Development Software Engineering Intern, gaining experience in testing automotive audio systems and executing automated regression tests.

In 2014, Jacob joined Elektrobit as a Sales Account Manager, where they managed sales accounts for the company. Jacob then transitioned to the role of Test Engineer at Elektrobit (EB) in 2015, where they performed testing and validation on various projects, including work on BMW and Volkswagen. Additionally, they worked part-time as a resident engineer for the BMW project at the BMW NAR headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Jacob's career progression continued at Elektrobit, where they became a Product Sales Manager from 2018 to 2021, responsible for sales management and RFQ through PO processes. In 2022, they joined Elektrobit as a Sales Manager, focusing on sales opportunities for Continental, GM, and FCA/Stellantis. Their responsibilities included managing sales for all Elektrobit products, from RFQ through PO.

Their most recent work experience is as a Technical Sales Manager at TASKING since 2023. In this role, Jacob is responsible for maintaining and expanding embedded software opportunities by engaging customers in a consultative and business-led manner. Jacob serves as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, understanding customer's business needs and addressing them through TASKING products. Jacob also acts as the central interface to the customer on strategic opportunities.
