Marc Jay

Marc Jay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries, roles, and levels of responsibility. Marc currently works at Taskize as the CTO & Head of Engineering, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations at Taskize from April 2018 to July 2021. Before joining Taskize, Marc worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Taskize from April 2017 to April 2018 and as a Software Engineer from June 2016 to April 2017.

Prior to their time at Taskize, Marc was an Associate Developer at Goldman Sachs from September 2013 to June 2016. Marc also gained experience as an Independent iOS Developer, working as a Freelance iOS App Developer from January 2010 to December 2014.

In addition, Marc worked as a Senior Consultant at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from September 2011 to August 2013 and as a Research Intern at the University of Bristol from June 2011 to September 2011.

Before pursuing a career in technology, Marc gained customer service experience at Apple Retail. Marc worked as a Genius from October 2009 to July 2010 and as a Specialist from October 2008 to July 2009.

Marc's earliest work experience was at Cartier, where they worked as a Stock Controller & Sales Support Associate from July 2008 to September 2008. Overall, Marc has had a diverse and varied career, with a focus on technology and engineering roles.

Marc Jay attended the University of Bristol from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a 2:1 Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
