Suzan West

Suzan West is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in leadership and people development across both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Principal Specialist Leadership and Culture at TasNetworks since October 2018, Suzan has held various significant positions including Head of People Development and Leadership Specialist. Prior to this role, Suzan operated as an Executive Coach at iWest Executive Coaching from October 2012 to January 2019 and worked in HR management capacities at Entura and Hydro Tasmania. Suzan holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of Tasmania, specializing in workplace and trauma counselling. An internationally certified executive coach and facilitator, Suzan is recognized as a thought leader in the field.
