Nathan Smith has had extensive experience in the food industry, working at Emporio Bar & Cafe as an Approved Manager from 1998 to 2003. Currently, at Tassal Group since August 2012, Nathan has held various roles including Factory Manager, Smoked Manager, Work Health & Safety Coordinator, and 2IC Processing Manager. Prior to this, Nathan worked at Tassal Operations from 2004 to 2012 as a Team Leader Filleting and Processing Officer. Nathan has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in the production of smoked salmon for Australia's largest Aquaculture Company.
