Mª Angeles Romero Rodríguez

Mª Angeles Romero Rodríguez has extensive work experience starting in 1991 as a Professor at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. Mª Angeles later became a University Professor in 2012. In 2016, they took on the role of Director at the Cátedra del Pan y del Cereal. Additionally, they are also a Scientific Adviser and Co-founder at TasteLab since 2015.

Mª Angeles Romero Rodríguez completed their education in the field of pharmacy. Mª Angeles obtained their Licenciatura en Farmacia degree from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, which they pursued from 1983 to 1998. Later, from 1988 to 1991, they pursued their Doctora en Farmacia degree in the field of Ciencia y tecnología de los alimentos from the same university.
