Anila is a computer science graduate from Pune University with a human resource management degree from ISTD, Delhi University. She is an experienced HR professional with 25+ years of successful track record in steering HR functions in senior positions. She has a rich experience in the field of strategic HR and aligning HR goals with the overall organizational goals to drive excellence. She is an expert in formulating and executing HR policies and systems. She is well versed in steering key HR processes like resource planning, recruitment, selection, performance management, welfare, project implementation, and training & development. She has a proven track record in establishing HR and administrative systems, organizational restructuring, and development.

Anila is a self–initiated person with ideas for consistent improvement of our organization. She has been with Tasty Bite® for around 18 years and has been instrumental in the company receiving, India's Top 50 'Great Place To Work' title for seven years.
