Currently serving as the Executive General Manager of People Culture and Safety at TasWater, Jo previously held the position of General Manager of People Safety & Culture at Southern Rural Water. Jo's career also includes significant contributions as the Manager of People and Culture at the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria and as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Berry Street.
