Aditya Kanade

Mr. Aditya Kanade is currently Executive Vice President, Project Management & Transformation and Head - Real Estate & Infrastructure at Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of all enterprise projects and business transformation initiatives. Additionally, he also provides leadership to the Real Estate and Infrastructure (RE&I) team.

Aditya has been with Tata AIA Life for over 16 years and has held multiple roles such as heading Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management, and Real Estate and Infrastructure. He joined Tata AIA Life Insurance in 2005 to set up and lead the inhouse internal audit function. As the head of RE&I, he ensured that the RE cost structure of the Company remained competitive and optimized, through a series of cost reduction initiatives.

Aditya is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India), Cost Accountant (India) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA), with over 28 years of diverse industry experience. Prior to Tata AIA Life Insurance, Aditya has worked with reputed organisations in the Financial Services and Telecom sectors.
