Gaurav Malhotra

Gaurav Malhotra started their work experience in 2004 as an Advocate being self-employed. Gaurav then worked as an Associate Advocate at A K Bajpai & Co from 2005 to 2006. After that, they joined ICICI Lombard as an Area Manager from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Manager - Legal at AVIVA LIFE Insurance India. In 2013, they briefly served as the DGM Legal at Network18 Media & Investments Limited before joining Max Life Insurance Company Limited. At Max Life Insurance, they held the positions of Chief Manager - Legal from 2013 to 2016 and Assistant Vice President - Legal from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where they started as an Associate Vice President - Legal & Compliance from 2017 to 2022 and is currently serving as the Vice President - Legal & Compliance.

Gaurav Malhotra has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from Dyal Singh College, which was obtained from 2001 to 2004. Gaurav also has a Bachelor of Laws degree in Corporate laws from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, obtained from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a Master of Laws degree from Kurukshetra University, which was obtained from 2004 to 2006. Furthermore, Gaurav Malhotra is a Company Secretary, as they graduated from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
