Srijib Banerjee

Srijib Banerjee has an extensive work experience in the insurance and healthcare industries. Srijib started their career in 2005 as an Operation Executive at HBL Global Private Limited. Srijib then joined Max Life Insurance Company Limited in 2006 and worked for over 9 years in various roles, including Senior Manager Operations and Customer Service Manager. In 2015, they moved to Max Healthcare as an Assistant General Manager, where they headed the front office operations. In 2016, they joined Apollo Cradle as the National Operations & Service Excellence Manager, responsible for customer and front & back-end operations. In 2017, they joined Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as an Associate Vice President and was later promoted to the roles of National Manager and Head Customer Service and Central Operations, where they managed various customer service functions and implemented digital transformation initiatives. Currently, Srijib is serving as the Vice President of Operations at Tata AIA Life Insurance.

Srijib Banerjee completed their B.Sc in Software Systems from North Bengal University in 2005. Prior to that, they pursued their Pre-Graduate degree in Science from the West Bengal Board of Higher Secondary Education from 2000 to 2003. Srijib also obtained a School Secondary degree in Software Systems from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education in 2000. Additionally, Srijib Banerjee has certifications in Building Trust and Influencing Skills for Leading without Authority from KNOLSKAPE, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Motorola University.
