Mahesh J.

Mahesh J. is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as CFO for Private Equity at TATA Capital since February 2008, Mahesh J. oversees fund back office functions, including regulatory compliance, reporting, accounting, and taxation, along with new fund launch structuring and documentation. Mahesh J. is presently involved in developing the firm’s Africa fund strategy. Prior to TATA Capital, Mahesh J. held the position of CFO at HDFC Securities from March 2005 to March 2008, and worked in finance at HDFC Bank from March 1996 to February 2002. Education was obtained at D J Doshi English Medium High School from 1974 to 1985.
