Shashikant Yadav is currently the Technology Head- IT Infrastructure at Tata Capital. Prior to this, Shashikant held the position of Head Infrastructure Technology Operations at IIFL (India Infoline Group). Shashikant has also worked at NCDEX as an Assistant Vice President Technology. Shashikant has a diverse background in managing IT infrastructure, data center operations, and cloud computing. With experience in companies like Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, and Wipro Infotech Ltd, Shashikant has a strong foundation in IT management and operations. Shashikant's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
