Grainne Patterson

Grainne Patterson has extensive experience in talent and development, currently serving as the Talent and Development Manager at Tata Chemicals Europe since April 2018. Prior to this role, Grainne held the same position at A-Plant from January 2006 to February 2018, where responsibilities included managing an award-winning apprenticeship program, leading leadership and management development initiatives, and overseeing induction and onboarding for 3,600 employees across 185 locations. Earlier career roles included Training and Development Officer at Barclays Bank from 2003 to 2006, focused on training and induction for 300 employees, and Collections Advisor at Barclays from 2001 to 2003. Grainne holds a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 1999, and attended St Dominics High School in Belfast from 1988 to 1995.
