Paresh Tank

Paresh Tank has a strong and diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paresh began their career as an Industrial Engineer at FAG Precision Bearings Limited in 1988 and worked there until 1993.

After that, Paresh joined Tata Chemicals and held multiple roles over the years. From 1993 to 2001, they served as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Tata Chemicals. Paresh then transitioned into the role of Incharge HR, Manager Personnel, and Admin from 2001 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Head of Supply Chain Management, responsible for planning product dispatch using various logistics channels.

Following that, Paresh took on the role of Head of HR and Personnel from 2009 to 2011, overseeing all HR, IR, and administrative functions for a workforce of over 2000 employees. Paresh then became the DGM Strategic Sourcing of Limestone and Inbound Logistics from 2010 onwards.

In 2013, Paresh was promoted to General Manager - Corporate Affairs, where they built relationships and partnerships to support the company's objectives.

Most recently, in April 2022, Paresh was appointed as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Tata Chemicals, where they continue to contribute their expertise and experience.

Paresh Tank pursued an MBA in Operations from IGNOU from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1988, they obtained a B.E. in Industrial Engineering from Software Engineering Jobs.
