Devabrata Chakravarty serves as the Head of Customer Success Management for the MES Vertical at Tata Communications since July 2012, with a strong focus on enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction. Previous roles at Tata Communications include Deputy General Manager responsible for sales and business development in the Media Vertical, Regional Head for the Media & Entertainment Vertical in Western India, and National Account Manager handling relationships with top media houses in Mumbai. Prior to Tata Communications, Devabrata worked at Bharti Airtel Limited, where responsibilities included managing product sales and strategic consulting in digital media services, as well as sales management for the enterprise services sector. Devabrata's career began at HCL Infinet Ltd. as an Account Manager and included a role as a Business Development Executive at PCS Technology Ltd. Devabrata holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from Tezpur University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Dibrugarh University.
