Rupinder Goel

Rupinder Goel has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Most recently, they served as a Senior Advisor and Partner at SmartHead Consulting from 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Tata Communications as a Global CIO, where they were responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation within the organization. Before joining Tata Communications, Rupinder Goel held the position of CTIO at Lebara Limited from 2012 to 2013. Rupinder also has extensive experience at Bharti Airtel International, where they served as the Chief Information Officer - International and later as the CIO for Enterprise Services and Group Chief Service Delivery. During their time at Bharti Airtel International, they focused on establishing IT as a business enabler and driving new revenue streams through technology and innovation. Rupinder Goel started their career at UTC in 1986, where they held various leadership positions in shared services.

Rupinder Goel completed an MBA in International Business from Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2002 to 2005.
