Shon Baby

Shon Baby is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in subsea network operations, currently serving as a Senior Subsea Network Engineer at Tata Communications since December 2024, focusing on maintaining SAFE and SMW3 submarine networks. Previously, Shon held roles as a Subsea Network Engineer and Subsea Network Associative Engineer at Tata Communications and Tata Communications Transformation Services from March 2020 to March 2020, respectively, where responsibilities included monitoring and managing submarine cable operations. Shon began a career in network transmission engineering at Essel Group, overseeing a significant fiber optic network and managing technical staff. Shon holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University Chennai, awarded in 2012.
