Sudip Mullick

Mr. Sudip is a Partner in Khaitan & Co. in the Real Estate and Construction Practice Group in the Mumbai office. His expertise amongst others lies in real estate matters, construction contracts and disputes arising out of construction contracts and in matters relating to the hospitality industry. Mr. Sudip Mullick has often appeared before various courts and in arbitration proceedings for developers, contractors, corporate and institutional clients on disputes pertaining to real estate, construction contracts and other commercial contracts. Mr. Sudip Mullick is an independent non-executive independent director on the Board of Neosym Industry Limited. Mr Mullick in the past has been an independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Emaar MGF Land Limited (now Emaar India). By qualification, he had done the graduation in commerce stream and LL.B. from Calcutta University.
