Suvadip Basu

Suvadip Basu serves as the Head of Technology at Tata Play Fiber, a position held since September 2023, focusing on GPON, BNG, and IP Transmission, while leading technology operations and planning. Previously, Suvadip Basu held various roles at Vodafone Idea Limited, serving as General Manager and Assistant General Manager, with responsibilities including management of managed services teams, telecom vendor management, project management, and people management from October 2019 to September 2023. Prior to Vodafone Idea, Suvadip Basu worked at Vodafone and Hutchison Telecoms in multiple managerial and engineering roles, with a solid foundation in switching operations and telecom project execution. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from Amravati University and a Diploma in RDBMS and Oracle from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
