Sanjeev Churiwala

Sanjeev Churiwala is the current Chief Financial Officer at Tata Power. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Finance Director for Asia Pacific and Global Travels at Diageo from October 2020 to September 2021. Before that, they were the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of DIAGEO India from November 2015 to September 2020.

At Diageo, Churiwala was responsible for the finance function of the Asia Pacific region as well as overseeing global travel spend. Sanjeev was also a member of the executive committee. At DIAGEO India, Churiwala was responsible for the company's finances and was also a member of the executive committee.

Churiwala has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Sanjeev is a chartered accountant and has a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Sanjeev Churiwala has an MBA from London Business School and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) and Fellow Cost & Management Accountant (FCMA). Sanjeev has experience in finance, marketing, strategy, accounts, corporate law, taxation, IT and management accounting.
