Vishwas Muthyala

Vishwas Muthyala serves as Vice President - Human Resources and Global Head - Business HR, HR Tech & HR Strategy at Tata Technologies since August 2017, leading strategic HR initiatives for over 11,000 associates globally. Prior roles include Head of HR for Europe and North America, focusing on HR functions across multiple lines of business, and as Global Head - HR Business Partner supporting a significant workforce through an HRBP team. Previously, Vishwas held leadership positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, including Director & Head of Leadership Hiring and HR-IT, managing HR operations across multiple European countries, and drove the Talent Management function at a corporate level. Early career experiences include roles at CK Birla Group and Tata Motors, contributing to HR initiatives and recruitment. Vishwas holds an MBA in General Management from the Asian Institute of Management and degrees in Physics from the University of Mumbai.
