Andrew Penchuk has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Andrew began their career in 1999 as a Product Marketing Manager at Interpath Communications. Andrew then moved to Mirador Systems (formerly neoButler) in 2000 as a Product Manager. In 2002, they became a Product Marketing Manager at NetIQ. From 2003 to 2012, they held various roles at RegEd (division of Fiserv Insurance Solutions), including Senior Regional Vice President, Director of Product Management, and Sr. VP of Implementation and Product Management. In 2009, they joined iContact as Director of Account Management and was responsible for the retention of 2,400+ managed accounts worth over $18 million in annual revenue. In 2012, they became Director, Mid-Market Customer Success at PROS. In 2020, they became a Consultant - Business Development at J2 Global and later that year, Vice President, Customer Success at Spreedly. In 2021, they joined Tatango as Vice President, Customer Success and Product. During their tenure at Tatango, they ensured customers achieved an ROI through their SMS marketing programs, increased NPS score from 40 in October 2021 to 66 in December 2022, streamlined onboarding process and reduced time to implement by 52%, increased product feature releases YoY by 420%, and active customers managed by CS Team increased by 170%.
Andrew Penchuk earned their MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business in 1999, majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Andrew also holds a BA from Skidmore College, which they obtained in 1993 with a major in Political Economy.
