Maria R.

Maria R. has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field. Maria began their career in 2011 as an HR Generalist and Learning Project Specialist at FedEx Office. In 2015, they moved to Waste Management as an HR Generalist in Learning and Development. In 2017, Maria R. was hired as a Regional HR Manager at Sunbelt Rentals, Inc., where they expanded the business to the West Coast. In 2018, they were hired as the Human Resources and Benefits Leader at VIZIO, where they were responsible for pre-IPO efforts and meeting compliance requirements. In 2019, Maria R. held two positions, Managing Director at REL Talent and Global Head of People Operations at HireRight. In their role at HireRight, they were accountable for HR systems, talent, performance management, and analytics. Currently, Maria R. is the Head of People at Tatari.

Maria R. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University. Additionally, they have a DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International, obtained in January 2017.
