Jessica McLagan

Jessica McLagan currently holds the positions of Chief of Staff to the CEO at both Tattarang and the Minderoo Foundation, having started in October 2023. Additionally, Jessica serves as Managing Director at Trisight Consulting since March 2018 and is a Board Member at Alinea (Inc) since January 2020. Previous experience includes Managing Director at Tokay Retail Holdings from May 2013 to July 2018, and Director at Shanklin Limited from January 2012 to April 2013, where advisory services were provided primarily to global mining companies. Jessica's earlier roles include Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company (2010-2011), Mechanical Engineer at Momentum Engineering (2008-2010), and Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Chevron (2005-2008). Jessica holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours (First Class) from The University of Western Australia, completed in 2006, and attended Mercedes College from 1998 to 2002.
