Nestor Nicolau has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nestor began their career at E3 Futura and Campus Party Valencia as a Control Assistance in 2006. Nestor then had a summer job at Colomé Informática as Sales & Tech. In 2011, Nestor joined Blizzard Entertainment as a Game Master, where they handled World of Warcraft and StarCraft II tickets and was promoted to Tier II within a year. From 2001 to 2010, they worked in their family business, Decoparket, taking on roles such as Carpenter, Salesclerk, and Personal Assistant. At Wargaming, Nestor held multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative, Knowledge Base Coordinator for EU, and Knowledge Base Manager for various regions and platforms. Nestor joined Bitpanda in 2021 as a CX Advisor and later became the CX Team Lead, focusing on customer sentiment analysis and strategic transformation of Support. Currently, Nestor works at Tatum as the Head of Customer Care, responsible for building and maintaining top-tier Support infrastructures to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Nestor Nicolau has a diverse education history. Nestor began their educational journey in 2000, attending IES Montsià where they obtained a High School degree in Technology in 2005. Following this, they pursued higher education at Universitat Pompeu Fabra from 2006 to 2009, although specific details about the degree and field of study were not provided for this period.

In September 2014, they completed the MBTI Assessment - Communication and Leadership program offered by OPP. Nestor also obtained the Multi-projects Management certification from Cegos during the same period. In July 2014, Nestor participated in a program on Inspiring Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence offered by Case Western Reserve University.
