Sean Kahovec

Sean Kahovec has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sean started their career as an Assistant Head Men's 8th Grade Basketball Coach at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in 2012, where they gained leadership skills, improved communication, and learned team-oriented problem-solving. Sean then transitioned to become the Head Men's Basketball Coach at the same institution in 2013, teaching the fundamentals of team-oriented competition and emphasizing the importance of work ethic and developing relationships.

In 2014, Sean worked as a Sales Representative at GNC, where they assisted customers with their vitamin and supplement needs, established trust with frequent customers, and maintained relationships with local health clubs and gyms. Simultaneously, they worked as a freelance programmer at Freelancer.com, demonstrating their programming skills and contributing to various projects.

Sean joined Tripp Lite in 2017 as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for generating new sales leads. Later, they transitioned to become a Sales Engineer and Salesforce Administrator in 2018, where they managed sales processes and data using Salesforce. Sean's tenure at Tripp Lite concluded in 2021.

In 2021, Sean joined Copado as an Implementation Manager, overseeing the implementation of projects. Currently, they work at Tatum as a Solutions Engineer, specializing in blockchain development.

Sean Kahovec attended Dev Bootcamp from 2016 to 2017, where they did not obtain a degree or a specific field of study. Prior to that, they attended the College of DuPage from 2012 to 2014 and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Sean has obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified Chainlink Developer from Chainlink, a Certified Smart Contract Developer from Blockchain Council, a Solana Blockchain Developer/Rust from Udemy, and completing the course "Ethereum: Building Blockchain Decentralized Apps (DApps)" on LinkedIn. Sean has also completed certifications in various technology-related areas such as Learning Azure DevOps, Git: Branches, Merges, and Remotes, Learning Jira Software, Advanced SQL for Data Science: Time Series, Agile Development Practices, Learning Salesforce.com Development, Salesforce: Dashboards, Learning Salesforce CPQ, Tableau 10 Essential Training from Tableau Software, Gitlab 101 Certification from GitLab Inc., Trailhead Ranger from Trailhead, and becoming a Flosum Certified Professional from Flosum. Lastly, Sean has completed courses on Blockchain Basics, Blockchain: Learning Solidity, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics, although the specific institutions and dates of completion for these courses are unknown.
