Moataz Elserougy

Moataz ELSerougy, M.Sc., PRMG, is an experienced Development Manager currently at Tatweer Misr since October 2020, with prior experience in the same role at ARCO Development from March 2018 to October 2020. Moataz has a strong background in design management and site technical support, having worked as a Design Engineer at DMA for Design and Engineering Consultancy from February 2016 to February 2018, where responsibilities included preparing design development and tendering documents for significant projects in Egypt. Earlier experience includes design engineering at AAW Consulting Engineers and K&A Designs, where Moataz contributed to landscaping, planning projects, and visualization. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Environmental Design from Cairo University, an Engineer's degree in Project Management from The American University in Cairo, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Higher Technological Institute.
