Jacob Theiss

Jacob Theiss has over a decade of experience in engineering and construction roles. Currently serving as an Engineer in Training (EIT) at Cardinal Engineering Corporation since May 2014, Jacob previously gained valuable experience as a Surveying Intern with Cardinal Engineering from May 2012 to December 2013, where responsibilities included performing various types of surveys at construction sites and residential locations. Additionally, Jacob has been an Engineering Tutor with The Tau Beta Pi Association, Inc. since August 2012, assisting engineering students and enhancing problem-solving skills. Earlier experience includes a role as a Carpenter Assistant at Theiss Woodworking and Remodeling from June 2007 to August 2011, handling diverse construction tasks and project management. Jacob holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution.
