James M.murphy

James M. Murphy is currently the Director of Learning at Star Academies since August 2023. Prior to this role, James served as the Second in English and Co-op Coordinator at Co-op Academy North Manchester from September 2017. Additional experience includes positions as Lead Practitioner of English at Audenshaw School Academy Trust for a year and Literacy Coordinator and English Teacher at Westminster Academy from September 2014 to July 2016. Early career highlights include working as an IT Sales Recruitment Consultant at Enterprise Sales Personnel and as a Sales Assistant at both Currys and PC World Business. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Hull, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
