Joanna Hall

Joanna Hall is an experienced HR Support Assistant at Star Academies since May 2023. Prior to this role, Joanna spent over a decade at Daisy Group, holding various positions including Product Training Manager, IP Voice Product Specialist, Product & Operations Trainer, Customer Service Trainer, and Channel Services Support. In these roles, Joanna designed and delivered training programs, managed systems migration projects, and provided frontline support and coaching for staff. Earlier in Joanna's career at Outsourcery, roles included Customer & Partner Support Executive and Administrator, focusing on account management and service provisioning. Joanna completed education at 3rd Upper Secondary School in Ostrow Wielkopolski from 1999 to 2003.
