Lee Waring

Lee Waring is an experienced educator with a strong background in leadership roles within schools. Currently serving as Principal at Star Academies since June 2020, Lee previously held positions as Vice Principal and Interim Principal at Fulwood Academy from 2005 to 2020. In addition, Lee has been associated with PADI as an IDC Staff Instructor since March 2007. Lee's commitment to improving the life chances of disadvantaged young learners is evident through participation in the Future Leaders Cohort '13 and advancements in educational leadership qualifications, including the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and a Master of Arts in Education from Lancaster University. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Store Manager at Booths from 1997 to 2002.
