Zach Sousa

Zach Sousa began working as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at the Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant TMLP in 2017. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Abbot Action as a Lean Manufacturing professional, where they increased efficiency in the manufacturing plant through standardization and organization of the workplace, conducted Kaizen Blitz and 5S workshops, and reduced waste created through overburden and uneven workloads. From 2014 to 2013, they also worked as an Academic Tutor at the Wentworth Institute of Technology. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, Zach Sousa worked at MASC as a Leadership Development professional.

Zach Sousa attended Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. In 2015, they also studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Management at RMIT University. Zach is currently enrolled at Northeastern University, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA.
