Melanie Saunders

Melanie Saunders is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles, including Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Advisor at Tauranga City Council since February 2018. Prior to this, Melanie owned Twigg Beading Co. from May 2016 to June 2018 and worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Mars and Vend. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Drake International and a Solutions & Recruitment Consultant at The University of Auckland. Melanie began their career as a Lifeguard at Hauraki District Council. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations and Organisational Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Sociology, both from The University of Auckland.
