Frank Bernard has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Frank started their career as a Directional Drilling Coordinator at Dresser - Sperry Sun Drilling Services in 1994, where they increased product line revenue and managed recruitment and training. Frank then moved to Sperry Sun Drilling Services as a District Manager in 1996.
In 1998, Frank joined Halliburton as an Operations Manager in West Venezuela for Sperry Sun Drilling Services. Their responsibilities included increasing product line revenue, recruiting and training employees, and coordinating equipment and personnel.
From 2001 to 2005, Frank worked at Precision Drilling as the Latin American Operations Manager for the Directional Drilling Product Line. Frank then joined Weatherford as the Regional Operations Manager for Latin America in the Directional Drilling Product Line from 2005 to 2007.
In 2007, Frank became the Managing Partner at Pan American Drilling Services. Frank then moved to Calmena Energy Services Inc. in 2010 as the VP Directional Services and later became the Vice President for Latin America North, responsible for financial, operational, and administrative aspects of the business in Mexico and Colombia.
From 2013 to 2015, Frank served as the Regional Manager for South America at Ryan Directional Services. Frank then joined Nabors Industries in 2016, where they held the positions of International Ops. Manager – Wellbore Placement and Nabors Drilling Solutions Manager in Saudi Arabia.
Currently, Frank serves as the VP International & Completions at Taurex Drill Bits since 2018.
Frank Bernard attended Florida Central Academy from 1977 to 1979, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following that, in 1981, Frank enrolled at Hillsborough Community College for a brief period, majoring in Data Processing and Data Processing Technology/Technician. However, they did not complete their degree.
