Andy Kwaspen

Andy Kwaspen has extensive experience in the civil engineering and environmental sectors, currently serving as Business Unit Manager at Tauw Nederland since July 2002. In this role, Andy is a key member of the management team, overseeing a Business Unit with over 300 professionals. Previous roles include Project Manager, where Andy ensured the successful execution of complex projects, and Team Manager, overseeing 35 professionals in various teams. Prior to these positions, Andy gained foundational experience as a student at both Tauw and BLM Weg- en Waterbouw. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Environmental Technology from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and completed secondary education at Bisschoppelijk College te Weert.
