Karina Silva began their work experience in 2010 as an Event Organizer at Carrasco Polo Club, where they organized an annual fashion event. Karina was responsible for the production from conception to completion, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. In 2011, Karina joined Tavano Team as a Finance & HR Manager, where they oversaw financial reporting, contract management, billing, and HR supervision. Karina planned and conducted financial reports, showcasing their expertise in finance and HR management.

Karina Silva pursued a Master of eCommerce & Digital Marketing from EAE Business School. Prior to that, they completed a Degree in Management and Business Administration from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Additionally, they hold certifications in Advanced English (CAE), Proficiency in English (CPE), and First Certificate in English (FCE) from the University of Cambridge.
