Wes Smith

Wes Smith is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and restaurant industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Tavistock Restaurant Collection since August 2015, Wes previously held the position of Senior Director of Training. Prior experience includes Director of Recruiting & Training at Earl Enterprises, where Wes contributed to renowned brands such as Planet Hollywood and Buca di Beppo, and positions at O'Charley's, Margaritaville, and The Walt Disney Company. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University and additional education from the University of Southern Maine, Wes combines a strong educational background with practical experience across multiple sectors in the industry.
