Jessward Bala-oy

Jessward Bala-oy has a diverse range of work experience. In 2011, they began their freelance work as a data entry specialist and continued in this role until 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a SPES Scholar in the data entry department of the Municipality of Kapangan. In 2017, Jessward worked as an Internet Cafe Attendant at Laith Internet Cafe until 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Computershop Attendant at Tita Helen's Computer Shop and Sayuri Dropping Center from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, they joined MS-VA Virtual Office Call Center Services as an IT Administrator until 2022. Jessward then worked as a Full-stack Developer at GB Agency from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a VA - Web Developer at tawk.to. Throughout their career, Jessward has also taken on additional roles such as virtual assistant, computer technician, network technician, and graphic designer in their freelance work.

Jessward Bala-oy began their education at Kings Colleges of the Philippines in 2014 and completed their undergraduate degree in IT/CS in 2016. In 2016, they also attended B.V.S. Colleges, where they pursued a Computer System Servicing NCII program. In terms of additional certifications, Jessward obtained various certificates in web development, programming, design, and software tools from online platforms such as Udemy and Creative Nation Academy Corporation. These certifications were obtained between June and September 2022.
