Em Brainard

Em Brainard currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Tawkify, a position held since July 2019, with previous roles including Senior Manager of Client Success, Matchmaker Support Manager, and Matchmaker. Prior to Tawkify, Em Brainard was the General Manager at Park Lights Hospitality from December 2012 to May 2019 and held the same title at Yellow Dog Eats from April 2007 to November 2012.
