Mags Oldman has worked in a variety of roles since 1993. Mags began their career as an Assistant Registrar at Cornish College of the Arts, where they provided academic guidance and support to enrolled students and planned and executed the annual Commencement ceremonies. From 1999 to 2001, they worked at Cornish College of the Arts as Special Projects Manager in the Development department, where they were involved in long-term strategic planning and implemented capital campaign planning and related major gift efforts. From 2001 to 2006, they worked at Stroum Jewish Community Center of Greater Seattle as Annual Fund Manager, where they developed and implemented giving procedures, redesigned giving envelopes, and created annual fund letters and timeline. During this time, they also worked at Camp Fire USA - Central Puget Sound Council as Capital Campaign Coordinator, where they managed all aspects of a $9 million capital campaign. From 2006 to 2010, Mags worked at The Talon as Editor, where they were responsible for content development and served as a community liaison for a Neighborhood Ambassador program. From 2010 to 2016, they were Co-owner of LAGO Systems, where they provided high-quality care and management with regard to Information Technology. Lastly, from 2016 to 2021, Mags worked at Burnetti, P.A. as Pre-Litigation Case Manager, and is currently working at Tawkify as a Client Services Representative.

Mags Oldman began their education at Eastchester High School, where they graduated with honors in 1988. Mags then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio, Film Production at Syracuse University, which they completed in 1992.
