Lydia Coffey

Lydia Coffey, PHR, currently serves as a Sr People Business Partner at TaxBit since December 2021, after progressing from a People Business Partner role. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Goldman Sachs from August 2019 to December 2021 in various positions, including Senior Analyst for Campus Recruiting, where management of the recruiting function for the Risk and Tax divisions was a key responsibility. Earlier experiences include roles at US Synthetic as a Human Resource Intern and at Babies"R"Us as a Human Resources Department Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed a wide range of HR functions. Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Brigham Young University, completed in 2018.
