Jan Utterodt has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2010, Jan worked as a Praktikant in the Crew Insatzplanung department for Lufthansa. In 2011, Jan worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft im Bereich Recht for NordWestBahn GmbH and as a Studentische Aushilfe im Verkauf for Jacques Weindepot. From 2013 to 2017, Jan worked for Weinhandel Trixi Bannert as a Verkaufsleiter, where they were responsible for the care of large and small retail customers, the management of the warehousing system, the purchase and assortment planning of the entire wine and delicatessen portfolio, the management of the accounting including invoicing and dunning, the implementation and planning of wine tastings and cooking events, the implementation and planning of employee training, and the implementation and planning of large events. From 2017 to 2021, Jan worked for TUI Cruises as a Customer Service & Guest Relation Manager, a Guest Relation Manager, and a Junior Guest Feedback Manager, where they were responsible for processing guest issues after the trip taking into account the travel legal framework, processing and forwarding guest comments for internal reuse, and conducting escalation conversations. Currently, Jan is working for Taxdoo as a Senior Customer Support Associate - Teamlead General Support and a Customer Success Associate.
Jan Utterodt obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from FH M\u00fcnster between 2009 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: a WSET Level 3 Certificate from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in May 2016, and a WSET Level 2 Certificate from the same institution in March 2010.
